Price vs. Customer Service

It seems to me that customer service and just plain civility has left the American retail business. Not only can you not find anyone to help with purchases, they seem to think it’s a burden to do so. In today’s economy one might think people would be GLAD to have a job, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I, for one, would gladly pay slightly more to be treated as a valued customer as opposed to being treated as a burden or interruption in these people’s BUSY ? day. Frankly, if you don’t like your job, find one you do like. What do you think???
