I speak to and with hundreds of people each month. I talk about attitude adjustment, time management, goal setting, and how to have a balanced life. I speak with seniors, twenty-somethings, 30 to 50 year olds in an even balance.

The one thing I find consistently is that all of them put their families above all else. No one can be truly happy without family ties of some kind. It is the basis of people’s core being, it is what gives their lives purpose, meaning, and structure.

Remember, your job, your house, your income can all be replaced, but your family cannot. The one thing that family requires is free, and that is your time. Over many years of personal experience and observation of others I can tell you one thing, if you don’t find time for your family in the end you will wish you had.
