We all have dreams and aspirations that we want, but 95% of us have no earthly idea how to acquire them. Let me make some suggestions: First, decide what your ultimate goals are. Make them attainable and realistic, anything else will bring failure and disappointment. Second: Decide if you REALLY have the desire and most importantly, the discipline to attain them. Then WRITE THEM DOWN!!! NEXT YOU SHOULD TELL ALL YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES about them; by writing them down and telling others you are making a commitment!! Third: plan your next 2 weeks on paper doing something everyday to help get to those goals, then plan the next 2 months this way, then the next 6 months, 12 months, 18 months with your goals in mind and doing something daily to help reach your goals. Fourth: Learn to manage your time to get more done, not only at work, but at home and yes, even plan out your time with family and friends.
If you have the discipline to follow your plans, achieving your goals and dreams will be much easier. Review your schedules and goals often and revise them if needed. Some goals are short-term, some mid-term and some should be long-term. The key factor to all of this is discipline, do something every day toward one of your goals.
